When you choose Koloa Kreations for your next event, you’ll provide your guests with delicious food from Kauai. Food is hand prepared, served in hot and cold chafing dishes and serving utensils are provided.

Entrée's

Kalua Pig

Kalua Pig starts with a large pork shoulder. Hawaiian salt and liquid smoke are hand rubbed into the meat for a tender flavor. Then the meat is slow cooked for 10 hours, bringing out the juicy flavor of Kalua Pig.

Beef Teriyaki

This dish begins with homemade Teriyaki sauce. Slices of chuck steak are marinated over night in the Teriyaki sauce for enriched flavor. Beef is cooked prior to serving and cut into bite size pieces and served hot.

Koloa Fried Chicken

Koloa Fried Chicken starts with chicken wings and drummettes that are hand battered and fried to order. Before serving, the chicken is tossed in a delicious secret sauce. It gives the chicken a tangy/sweet taste that includes some red pepper flakes for a tiny kick. You’ll enjoy this juicy and crispy entree.

Smoked Meat

Smoked meat begins with a large pork shoulder. Hawaiian salt and other natural spices are hand rubbed into the pork. The shoulder is transferred to a soy sauce and brown sugar flavoring and marinated overnight. The meat is smoked for 6 hours, then cut into bite size pieces and served.

Kabli Short Ribs

Kabli Short Ribs start with beef short ribs and is marinated overnight for full flavor. Ribs are grilled over an open flame until charred and caramelized, creating a delicious texture.*

Sides

Ahi Poke

Ahi Poke is a Hawaiian dish that starts with raw Tuna that is diced into bite sized pieces. The Tuna is garnished with Hawaiian salt, onions, seaweed, red pepper flakes and green onions. Then marinated in a variety of sauces such as soy sauce and sesame oil.

Mac Salad

Hawaiian Mac Salad consists of elbow pasta, mayo, salt, onions and other delicious ingredients. Mac Salad ingredients are mixed together, chilled and served cold.

Lomi Salmon

Raw Coho Salmon is diced and mixed with tomatoes, onions, green onions and Hawaiian salt. Ingredients are mixed together, marinated over night and served cold.

Rice

Plain white rice is cooked fresh for every event. As rice is a staple in Hawaii culture, rice is traditionally served with entrees on this menu.

Roast Pig

When cooking the Roast Pig, Hawaiian salt, Filipino sauce and lemon grass are rubbed into the raw pig. The pig is then placed in a handmade box and slow roasted for 6 hours. The pig is complete when the skin is crispy and meat is tender.

One Roast Pig feeds 50 – 60 people (If a larger pig is required, please contact us for a customized order)

The pig is not displayed this way to guests. The pig is cut into smaller pieces before serving. Display of this item can be discussed prior to your event.

Lau Lau

$5.00 Per Item

Lau Lau is pork that’s been seasoned with Hawaiian salt and is placed in the center of a Taro leaf. For tender pork, the taro leaf is wrapped in a Ti Leaf or Banana Leaf and slow steamed for 6 hours.

Minimum order is 10 items for $50 | 20 items for $100 | Number is customizable as long as it’s over 10 items.

Spam Musubi

$3.00 Per Item

Spam is sliced then boiled in a soy sauce, brown sugar and other seasonings sauce. Spam is wrapped in seaweed with steamed rice and furikake seasoning in the middle.

For catering orders, Musubi’s can be cut into bite size pieces for your guests. Each Musubi will make 4 bite size pieces.
